The Gala Trinity provides event planning and management for weddings, parties, and corporate events. Service details, including scope and pricing, will be outlined in a separate agreement upon booking.

Bookings and Payments

- A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the amount specified in your service agreement.
- Full payment is due prior to the event date, as agreed.
- All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing to info@thegalatrinity.com. Refunds, if applicable, depend on the timing of cancellation and terms in your service agreement.

Liability

The Gala Trinity is not liable for damages caused by third-party vendors, acts of nature, or events beyond our control. We strive to deliver services as agreed but are not responsible for unforeseen disruptions.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website (e.g., images, text, logos) is owned by The Gala Trinity. You may not reproduce or distribute it without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of West Bengal, India. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Kolkata.
